Exercise Pulse is the first app directed at optimizing workouts specifically from Apples Apple Watch Workout App! See your heart rate and optimize your workouts! Our heart rate can explain a lot about our workouts — Exercise Pulse calculates your Target Heart Rate and measures how intense/efficient each of your workouts* is, allowing you to optimize future workouts towards your goals.
*Exercise Pulse requires integration with the Health app to read your Date of Birth for your target heart zones, Heart Rate for creating the graphs, and Workouts to know when you were working out to use those Heart Rates from Health*

*Exercise Pulse is directed towards optimizing and creating trends specifically of your Workouts from the Apple Workout App on your Apple Watch —other workout apps may skew the data or not provide Heart Rate graphs, or stats.*
Exercise Pulse can be used to track all workouts, however heart rate specific graphs and stats like your target heart rate zone tend to be more reliable with aerobic specific workouts (running, cycling, elliptical, etc). With anaerobic workouts (weight lifting, yoga, etc) Exercise Pulse may still be used for tracking workout trends, though heart rate related data may be unreliable.
